Where The Light Gets In

An intimate and personal restaurant experience hosted in an old coffee warehouse in Stockport.

For me passion and love for ones role on the land translates directly into flavour and no where is this more apparent than in the tireless efforts and sensitive approach of Katie’s husbandry. As far as I’m concerned when Katie’s pigs or chickens arrive to the restaurant, the hard work has already been done for us.
